Rare Gabriel 18 Carat Gold half Hunter "The City Watch". This lovely 1/2 hunter watch is in a heavy 18 carat gold case including the cuvee (dust cover). Numbered on the case, the dial and the movement. The movement is signed, numbered and has the City of London crest with their motto: DOMINE DIRECE NOS (Lord guide us) along with "The City Watch" and the Cornhill office address. In lovely condition and free of monograms and inscriptions. Hallmarks date to 1906, although the movement is likely older. Code R319ZADO
